The Albany Waterfront Project required an amendment to a previous environmental approval for land-based works and new approval for the boat harbour. Strategen worked with LandCorp to obtain early approval for the land development, and undertook the impact assessment of the boat harbour including preparation of a Construction Environmental Management Plan. Strategen’s role was extended into the implementation phase by providing compliance audits and performance reporting.
