Strategen was lead environmental consultant with the task of preparing an environmental impact statement for the Weaber Plain Development Project as part of the first phase of the Stage 2 Ord Irrigation Area development.
The assessment had to meet Commonwealth environmental legislation requirements. It involved coordinating a range of specialist technical studies that addressed all potential environmental impacts of the proposal, with particular emphasis on matters of national environmental significance.
Strategen prepared the environmental impact assessment document to obtain Commonwealth approval.
