Strategen was founded by Charlie and Val Welker in 1994. We began as a two person home office and have expanded to our Subiaco and Bunbury offices with more than 30 consultant staff.
Our increase in size has allowed us to collect many extremely capable and experienced people from both Government and industry, creating a knowledge base from which to provide a vast array of environmental services.
Although we have expanded, our size still enables us to provide individual services tailored to client’s specific needs.
