02 Oct Strategen UDIA member briefing
Removing complexity to make growth and development happen.
STRATEGEN – UDIA member briefing – 18th October
“Alternative Bushfire, Approval and Vegetation compliance pathways for land development projects”
Unforeseen complexities in bushfire planning, approval conditions and vegetation management for land development projects can be costly with respect to the potential delay on subdivision approvals, creation of titles or sale of lots.
Where a proposal does not comply with acceptable bushfire solutions, alternative performance principle-based solutions can be developed allowing flexible, innovative and potentially cost-effective solutions for bushfire risk management.
If you are a UDIA member, you can attend this special briefing presented by Dale Newsome and Linden Wears (Level 3 BPAD) as they examine alternative bushfire solutions, common pitfalls and the pathways to avoid and manage vegetation clearing approvals that are available to best address these issues.
